The Extron TP R AV video receiver accepts long-distance transmissions of NTSC, PAL, and SECAM composite video with stereo audio on Category 5, 5e, or 6 shielded twisted pair (STP) or unshielded twisted pair (UTP) cable.
The TP R AV video receiver receives composite video and stereo audio on a shielded RJ-45 female connector. The TP R AV outputs the composite video on a single female BNC connector. The two-channel audio transmission is output on unbalanced (left/right) RCA connectors and also on a captive screw connector. The video receiver accepts NTSC, PAL, or SECAM composite video or digital audio signals.
Special image enhancement features, such as automatic and manual level and peaking adjustments, give the TP R AV the ability to improve the brightness and sharpness of the composite video image. Optional mounting kits allow the TP R AV to be mounted under or through a desk surface, or near the projector on the projector mounting bracket. The through-desk mount keeps all controls accessible while keeping the power and input/output connections out of sight.
