Long Distance HDMI Cables
Copper based cables with lengths of 25, 30 and 50 feet. The 1-30 foot HDMI cables support the following resolutions: 480i, 480p, 720p, 1080i, 1080p. The 50 foot HDMI cable support resolutions up to 1080i. These cables are HDCP compliant. With a HDMI Booster the 40 and 50 foot cables are good for resolutions up to 1080p.
HDMI is a much smaller and user-friendly connector than the DVI connector. The specification handles high-bandwidth, uncompressed video and multi-channel digital audio as well, all in one cable.
High-Definition Multimedia Interface HDMI?cables use a new HDTV connector which is much smaller and user-friendly than the DVI connector, providing the ability to view high quality content on all HDTV displays and projectors.
HDMI supports uncompressed high definition video plus multi-channel audio in a single cable using a smaller connector that eliminates the need for multiple cables in home entertainment systems, simplifying installation and eliminating cross technology confusion.
HDMI transmits uncompressed digital video so that the picture maintains a high quality of color depth, brightness and contrast.
HDMI supports Consumer Electronics Control (CEC) based on the AV.link protocol so it can be controlled with a universal remote that is used with multiple HDMI sources such as DVD players or satellite set-top boxes.
HDMI supports bi-directional communication between devices, allowing the DTV to communicate its preferred audio/video formats to the set-top box, and the set-top box to communicate what video format it is providing to the display. This enables the DTV to make intelligent decisions on how to render any given image in the format designated by the original film providers.
HDMI supports every uncompressed standard, enhanced and high definition video format ranging from 480I to 480P, 720P, 1080I and 1080P as well as existing PAL formats.
HDMI has the bandwidth to support compressed audio formats such as Dolby Digital, Dolby Digital EX, DTS, DTS EX and uncompressed formats (PCM audio) up to eight channels, up to 192kHz, up to 24-bits.
HDMI supports most standard PC monitor formats, such as VGA, XGA and SXGA뾞ll in a single HDMI cable.
TrueAV HDMI cables are HDCP compliant.

Company Background
TrueAV Inc., a privately held company, emerged as a player in the computer connectivity arena in 1995 when it designed a line of computer peripheral extenders known as the ex-tend-it Professional Series. The products, which extended KVM (keyboard, video, mouse) peripherals away from the computer, were originally designed for application in post-production studios where computer noise interfered with production. Switchers, which access multiple sources from a single KVM workstation, were also developed together with distribution amplifiers, splitters, converters and cables as the product line naturally evolved.
In the late 90s, TrueAV became an early adopter of the digital interfaces that would soon develop into HDTV support solutions for both professional and consumer industries. To accommodate the time in-between analog and digital worlds, TrueAV's success in the conversion and adaptation of traditionally incompatible video signals (analog and digital) has added to its reputation as an innovative solutions provider.
TrueAV continues to remain on the leading edge of new technologies and their applications, and is consistently the first-to-market with innovative products that are highly valued in most major industries spanning the globe.
